DARPA BRAIN CHIP

Neuroscientists say minds can be controlled, programmed and memories can be erased and new memories uploaded to a patient with drugs, lasers and microchips.

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is developing brain chips for such uses.
